Welcome to DocFuse, developed by 5S Innovations (Abdullah Al Shahed). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

We do NOT collect, store, or view your private documents locally. However, to improve application delivery, analyze error logs, and serve contextual ads, we integrate trusted third-party SDKs powered by Google:

• Advertising Identifier: Mobile AAID (Android Advertising ID) used by AdMob for appropriate ad placement. You can reset this configuration inside Android's global device system panel.
• App Analytics & Engagement: Anonymous interaction properties gathered via Firebase Analytics to evaluate user distribution data and general screen impressions.
• Notification Tokens & In-App Messages: Unique network push addresses processed securely via Firebase Messaging (FCM) and Firebase In-App Messaging to transmit contextual app news or updates directly onto the application client interface.
• Device Diagnostics: Basic non-identifiable profiles such as technical device hardware configurations, operating platform versions, screen language, and region/country level coarse geolocation metadata.

DocFuse provides direct utility tools such as PDF Splitting, Merging, Locking, Unlocking, Image Compression, and Multi-language Optical Character Recognition (OCR). To perform these actions safely:

• On-Device Local Computation: All rendering procedures, password alterations, compression mechanisms, and text recognition layers are compiled securely within background device execution lanes.
• Zero Server Storage: Your private document structures are never pushed, indexed, or saved to cloud nodes.
• User Storage Control: Stored documents or exports managed in application directories can be viewed, shared, and cleanly deleted by users inside the layout menus. Once deleted, file items are eradicated completely from the client storage.
• ML Kit Local Scanning & Script Layouts: Text extraction scripts (English, Devanagari, Chinese, Japanese, Korean character systems) are executed entirely on-device locally utilizing standalone Google ML Kit models.

• Storage / Accessing Media Profiles: Vital to pick source structures (such as image collections or raw document paths) and store outputs safely onto local hardware file directories.
• Camera Frameworks: Triggered only during document scanning scenarios to convert live paper snapshots into files locally.
• Network Connectivity / Internet: Employed safely by Google AdMob and the Firebase infrastructure framework to communicate runtime error logs, process background analytics events, and load advertisements.

DocFuse does not knowingly target or fetch personal structured metrics from children under the age of 13. Since all file configuration processes operate within the boundaries of the offline native framework, no server identities or listings are recorded by 5S Innovations.
